Paragraphs 1.2, 1.3, 4.1, and 8.3 are amended to read as follows:
1.2 Class Rules are “Sandpiper Class of Barnegat Bay Class Rules, Revised September 2007”.
1.3 RRS 60.1 (a) is modified to prohibit a competitor from protesting another competitor for an alleged breach of a class rule except Class Rules III, B, 6, 7, & 8.
4.1 Class Rule IV.B. is modified to provide that this regatta will be sailed with skipper and one crew. Crew shall be designated at check-in. Change of crew during the regatta will not be permitted.
8.3 Registrations must be submitted on the Official Entry Form available on BBYRA’s web site no later than May 15, 2008. Completed entry forms, together with all fees, must be submitted no later than May 31, 2008 to Metedeconk River Yacht Club, P.O. Box281, Brick, NJ 08723.
