Daily Registration or Change

Instructions

Please fill in the form at the right and use the "print" button to validate the form and print a hard copy of this page. Turn in the form and any registration fee at the Registration desk at the host club, or at a "Late Registration" boat near the starting area.

The top section of the form must be completely filled out to properly identify the boat. The second section indicates types of registration or changes and any changed information.

The form must be signed by the skipper (person in charge) at the bottom.

The daily registration fee is $10.00 per race except 420's, sunfish AM, and Sneakbox which are $10.00 per Day.
