The BBYRA is organized exclusively to foster amateur sailboat racing competition in yachts on Barnegat Bay and on a national and international level and to support and develop amateur athletes for the sport of sailboat racing. It may provide training for candidates and their crews by organizing and/or holding competitive events and holding of meetings in the nature of seminars. The prescriptions of the United States Sailing Association, Inc., (hereinafter US SAILING) with respect to matters of race, color, religion, age, sex or national origin shall apply to the BBYRA.
