The O.G. Dale Memorial Trophy (BBYRA)
"Awarded for a period of one year in recognition of outstanding sportsmanship in the Barnegat Bay Yacht Racing Association." This award recognizes outstanding sportsmanship and conduct. Any sailor, skipper or crew, Senior or Junior is eligible to be nominated for this award. "If no one's name readily comes to mind during the racing season, there is no need to make the award." The George Roth Powell, Jr. Trophy (SPYC)
Reads "In memory of George Roth Powell, Jr.; an annual award to the outstanding Junior of Barnegat Bay for character and American sportsmanship."- 2007 winner - Kevin Kempton
The Rae Theodore LaPier Memorial Trophy
The Trophy shall be awarded annually to that representative of BBYRA or one of its member clubs who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in the fostering and management of sailing on Barnegat Bay, New Jersey. (Excerpt from the Deed of Gift)- 2007 winner - Harry Foote
The B.B.Y.R.A. Past Commodores Trophy
Will be presented to the member Yacht Club fostering the greatest participation in yacht racing on Barnegat Bay.- 2007 winner - Lavallette Yacht Club
The Leonard Paul Egee Trophy
Will be presented to the member Yacht Club fostering the greatest Junior participation in yacht racing on Barnegat Bay.- 2007 winner - Island Heights Yacht Club
The B.B.Y.R.A. Race Management Trophy
This trophy is to "promote, further, and improve the sport of yacht racing by encouraging proficiency in the planning, execution, and conduct of yacht racing events by member clubs of the Barnegat Bay Yacht Racing Association, sponsoring and or hosting races for sailing yachts."- 2007 winner - Toms River Yacht Club
