The family and friends of Rae Theodore LaPier are pleased to present this trophy in his honor to be awarded annually to that representative of Barnegat Bay Yacht Racing Association or its member clubs in recognition of outstanding achievement in the fostering and management of sailing on Barnegat Bay, New Jersey.
